We ship everywhere on our carriage list.
If your country is not listed you must contact us to check if we can suppy to you.
We reserve the right to not ship any order without explanation-
but we would obviously refund you in those circumstances.

We charge carriage at cost price. No handling charge is levied.
Every component has been weighed and we calculate the total weight against postal rates.

For International sales we use Airmail-
We rarely have items lost and delivery is swift but there is no courier tracking.

Carriage is shown when you progress to the checkout page.
Our stock situation is now linked to our stock database,
out of stock items cannot be placed in a cart, so order delays should be rare.

We aim to get orders out the same day if practicable or, at worst, the next working day.
If a delay is necessary we will contact you.

Customs on larger packages are more likely to be levied-
We usually split orders into sub 2 Kg packets.

Tubulars should be checked for air retention and straightness before gluing
on a rim.
Tubular tyres with glue on the base tape are non returnable.
One common problem is tubulars with an apparent slow puncture- this is
almost always due to the valve core being not tight enough.
It does not need to be very tight- but it should not be finger loose.
Be careful, as it is very easy to twist the valve base.
Hold the valve base lightly by a pair of pliers to ensure the seal is not
damaged as you tighten the core.

If any equipment is damaged, the customer should contact us and agree a
course of action. We will replace any such item but agreement should be
sort before returning the it. You will be issued with a Returns Number
which you should quote in all correspondence.

If a return needs to be posted please afix a customs form with
'Returned Goods' clearly written on it.
