Tubulars should be checked for air retention and straightness before gluing
on a rim.
Tubular tyres with glue on the base tape are non returnable.
One common problem is tubulars is with apparent slow punctures- this is
almost always due to the valve core being not tight enough.
It does not need to be very tight- but it should not be finger loose.
Be careful, as it is very easy to twist the valve base.
Hold the valve base lightly by a pair of pliers to ensure the seal is not
damaged as you tighten the core.

If any equipment is damaged, the customer should contact us and agree a
course of action. We will replace any such item but agreement should be
sort before returning the it. You will be issued with a Returns Number
which you should quote in all correspondence.

If a return needs to be posted please afix a customs form (CN22 or 23) with
'Returned Goods, failed sale' clearly written on it.
