650c clinchers are fitted to ERTO 571 clincher rims (Triathalon size) with hooked walls.
Most are open clinchers, where there is a seperate innertube and rim tape.
Tufo, and some others, make closed clinchers which have all parts inside making fitting easy.
They need no tools for fitting but repair is limited to sealant or replacement.
