The Informal reality.
While we list these terms below as a legal obligation we are reasonable people so
if you have any problem just ask and we should be able to come to an arrangement
that will sort any problems out.
The legal words.
To comply with the DTI Distance Selling Regulations we are obliged to allow you a
week to consider your purchase after it arrives.
The intention of the regulation is to give you the same chance to examine the goods
as a shop visitor. However if you do decide to return the goods you should consider
that Postal costs are non refundable in this instance and the goods should have at
least been shipped within the 7 days since it arrived.
Your intention to return the goods should be emailed or phoned, within a week of arrival.
This only applies if the goods are returned unused and in any original packing.
30 day limit on returns.
Due to Card Processing overheads, any refund of on line payments (beyond the 7 day
cooling off period) could be subject to a (maximum) 10% service charge but only for returned goods
which are not faulty where no error has occurred on our part.
Carriage charges are the customers responsibility.
Please note custom built items (eg wheels, bikes) are only returnable at our discretion.
Minimum order £10.00 or equivalent.
